Introducing the latest Constant Pressure Clip from ''ROSHNI ''

The C.P.C compensates for changes in hose diameter due to significant fluctuations in temperature.

The clip features a dynamic, one piece design that seals quickly & securely & automatically retightens when hose diameters increase and decrease with temperature. It also gives an excellent sealing to the total periphery of the hose pipe.

Due to the special " ONE PIECE '' design & contant spring tension, the clip provides a resistance to over clamping of both clip & hose.

Material : Spring Steel ( Confirms to 50 Cr V4 )
Rockwell Hardness : 48-52 HRC
Material Surface Treatment : DACTROTISING

QUALITY POLICY

Hardness:
Hardness Measuring HRC: 50-54 HRC, measured on a hardened uncoated sample (Clamp) after removing approx 0.3mm of steel surface by cold grinding and polishing according to DIN 50 133

Corrosion Test:
The Spring band clamps are exposed to a salt spray test as per DIN 50021-SS.If the clamps do not show steel corrosion after a testing time of 72 hrs, the clamps are O.K. After this the spring band clamp is opened. If the surface protecting does not clip off or become pitted the clamp has passed the corrosion test.

Leakage Pressure Test:
The leakage pressure testing is performed with water at room temperature (18-28 c).For spring band clamp with a nominal dia of upto 60mm we use one ground beadless testing mandrel one testing hose with a length of 100mm and the sample clamp. At a min Testing pressure of 300KPA (3 bar) Spring band clamp with nominal dia dn= 13 to 60mm must ensure the combined hose spigot remains leak proof.
